In this video, Part 2, I dive deeper into two fundamental elements of an RX athlete - STRENGTH & ENGINE. Without these, it is VERY hard to make it into Quarterfinals, RX workouts, etc.
But with smart training, and focusing on the 3 core elements of each, you can systematically improve your strength and engine.
