This full body pilates workout is a great routine to implement whether your goal is pilates for weight loss, full body strengthening, or giving your body a more "toned" look. This routine includes a warmup, a full body pilates workout with no equipment, and cooldown stretching. My pilates workouts are easy to follow, use simple cues, and have a balanced approach to cueing- talking for form tips and giving you breaks from talking to focus on the movements. I use elements commonly found in fitness videos like interval timers to keep the pace moving in between exercises, and to allow you to focus on the movements, rather than counting repetitions. My hope is that this routine will be easy to follow, easy to understand my cueing, effective at challenging and strengthening you and supportive to your weight loss/ wellness journey.
