24.2 CrossFit®️ Open Workout is here, and I’m super pumped. We're going to give you all the tips and tricks you need to crush this workout.
The 24.2 Open workout is 20-minute AMRAP: 300-meter Row, 10 Deadlifts, 50 Double Unders.
24.2’s strategy is a game of pacing, and the focus will be on how long you can hold onto those double unders. This is the second workout in a row that has a lot of hinging and will put pressure on your back. Watch out for your back blowing up!
