Three-time CrossFit Games athlete Rebecca Fuselier 🇺🇸 won her first CrossFit Open workout by posting the fastest time in Open Workout 24.3 in the Women’s division.

Fuselier was the only individual athlete to go sub-8 minutes in the workout, steamrolling through a total of 85 thrusters, 50 chest-to-bar pull-ups, and 35 bar muscle-ups in 7:52.

10 thrusters, weight 1
10 chest-to-bar pull-ups
Rest 1 minute, then:
5 rounds of:
7 thrusters, weight 2
7 bar muscle-ups
