hold on team here's a New 45 Min Full Body Power Workout. We are going to use only one Dumbbell and focus on lots of unilateral work. Which is great to work on our inbalances and to have the core even more included.
This Workout combines Strength and Conditioning and targets the muscles of our entire body.
We finish it up strong with a Back and Core Finisher. πŸ”₯
