let's have a CHAT! as a gym girlie I get it when us girls want to wear a lilll bit of make up whilst we workout. It's absolutely OK. Seated Abductions
Triple drop sets up to 30 reps
Pick a weight do as many reps as you can, drop the weight and continue, drop the weight and continue until you hit 30 reps (spicy!!!!)
