Full Body Standing HIIT Workout for Beginners & Seniors // Cardio & Strength!

Get ready to work (at your own pace) with this great full body interval workout! All exercises are standing and are osteoporosis friendly.
If available, have two sets of weights ready. For reference I'm using a set of 3 pound (1.3kg) and 8 pound (3.6kg) hand weights.
After our warm up this total body workout is in a block format. We will perform 3 low impact exercises for 45 seconds each followed by 15 seconds rest. We then repeat those same 3 exercises with dumbbells! The first round serves as our cardio and will be done at a quicker pace, followed by the second round with weights at a slower pace. You do you and make this workout your own!
