background info:
I work out 5-6 times a week and consistently stick to this split. I am also aiming to run a half marathon by the end of 2023 (why I am doing so much cardio) I do my lifts in supersets, all of which i repeat 2x back to back (8-15 reps of each exercise)!
REMEMBER: i am not a personal trainer, this is just what works for me! feel free to use these workouts as inspo for your workout routine but keep in mind that even if we all ate and worked out the same, we would still not look the same because all bodies are uniquely beautiful!

MONDAY: legs
cardio: 1 mile run
SS1: narrow squats + sumo squats
SS2: RDLS + side lunges
SS3: kick backs + hip thrusts
TUESDAY: pull
cardio: 2 mile run
10 min HIIT + abs
SS1: pull ups + dumbell curls
SS2: bent over rows + neutral grip pull downs
SS3: single arm dumbell rows w/ hold + bicep curl into rdl with row
last exercise: vertical rows
THURSDAY: legs
