WEEK OF WORKOUTS 💪🏼 Bringing you along for my entire week of workouts Monday through Friday. I have been following this workout routine for months and is a great routine for beginners. Hopefully this video inspires you to go to the gym and gives you some workout motivation!

Workout Routine:

Day 1: legs
Glute hip thrust
Single leg hamstring curl
Straight leg deadlifts
Leg press feet placed high and wide
Quad extensions

Day 4: back/biceps
Overhand Lat pull down
Neutral lat pull downs
Machine rows
Dumbbell row
Bicep curls
Hammer grip bicep curls
Rear delt flies

Day 3:
Workout class

Day 4: shoulders/chest/tris
Chest press machine
Machine shoulder press
Incline dumbbell flies
Side laterals
Front raises
Overhead tricep extension
Rope tricep press downs

Day 5: legs
Hack squat or any squat
Straight leg deadlifts
Walking weighted lunges
Hip thrust
Lying hamstring curls
Standing calves
