Welcome to Ride with Alina, over the course of the next 30 minutes we will be riding up some mountains and sprinting across flats with many accelerations! In each of our climbs our aim is to ride on the beat with a moderate to heavy resistance and in each of our sprints our aim is to ride on the beat with a light to moderate resistance. Whether you are a new rider or an experienced rider this class is for you, feel free to tailor each set to what feels right, so grab a towel and water bottle and why don’t we press play!

About me: Hello there my name is Alina 👋 I am a second year Chiropractic student, I hold a Honours Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology Degree, I am a certified indoor cycling instructor and I am a certified group fitness instructor! When I was 12 years old I began my fitness journey completing YouTube workout videos in my bedroom, that summer I joined the gym and tried my first indoor cycling/spin class and my passion for exercise sparked. Ever since then I have tried so many different types of training styles - strength workouts, HIIT, cycling, kickboxing - and cycling always stood out! Today I train not only for the physical benefits but for the mental ones. When you find the training style that you love exercise no longer is a chore. In my case, exercise is and always will be a significant part of my identity!
