Itโs time to TURN UP THE HIIT! This 30 minute cycling class turns up the heat and the intensity, as we turn up the RPMs! This ride starts out at a slow pace, not intensity ๐ฌ until we work up to a full-on sprint at the end! ๐ฅ This ride is heavy on endurance training as we build our speed up to the very end! Although this ride is focused on cadence, make sure you have enough resistance! I would rather you ride at a slower pace and keep the resistance heavy than have very little resistance to keep the pace! Speed will come with time, but building muscular strength and endurance will be key to maximizing your time on the bike! To really take advantage of the benefits of high intensity training, make sure to during the pushes give it your all, and then allow yourself a short recovery! Always listen to your body and take a longer recovery, if need! Now, let's do this!!
