This is a free 40 minute workout featuring 20 minutes of spin and 20 minutes of weight training! This rhythm ride is great for all levels, from experienced spinners to those new to indoor cycling! Spinning consistently can result in faster weight loss, toned arms and legs, improved self esteem, and you'll have so much fun riding to the rhythm!

You will need 2 sets of weights, one heavy/one lighter, and an optional bench/stool/chair.
(I will show/suggest modifications during the weights portion.)
*My weights are 10 for heavy, 3 for light - if that helps for reference. 😉
