This quick spin workout will help you get an effective indoor cycling workout done in a short amount of time. This cycle training workout can be done in the gym or at home. It’s a short spin workout that you can do with a spin cycle or a regular recumbent or upright exercise bike. Try this spinning workout when you’re short on time!
To perform this cycling workout, you’ll want to set a timer for 20 second intervals followed by 10 second intervals. First give yourself a 30 second warm up, then do a set of 20 second sprint followed by 10 seconds slow and easy. Repeat this 8 times and then do a 60 second cool down. If you’re really short on time, that’s the end of your spin workout. If you’re a beginner try to do the entire quick spinning workout at 8 rounds of the 20 seconds sprint, 10 seconds slow and easy. If you are more advanced, shoot for as many 8 round sets of this short spin workout as you can do.
