Warm Up

Triset ONE
1. Heel elevated narrow squat, 2 x 25lbs / 11kg (my dumbbell weights for reference only)
2. Alternating cross body raise, 2 x 10lbs / 4.5kg
3. Overhead triceps extension, 25lbs / 11kg
15 reps each, exercises completed back to back
Rest then repeat

Triset TWO
1. Single arm row, 20lbs / 9kg
2. Neutral grip shoulder press, 2 x 15lbs / 6.5kg
3. Alternating cross body hammer curl, 2 x 15lbs / 6.5kg
15 reps each, exercises completed back to back
Rest then repeat

Cool down stretch
