You are 25 minutes away from AWESOME ARMS!!! Get ready to build muscle and tone your biceps, triceps, and shoulder for a sculpted upper body! Our goal for this workout is to build, shape, and define awesome arm and shoulder muscles so our training style in this session is hypertrophy. That means we will lift heavy working 3 total sets of each exercise to maximize our muscular gains! You don't have to train long, you just have to train smart! This 25-minute workout is an effective strength builder! OOOH! It feels good to be strong!

25-MINUTE ARMS AND SHOULDERS WORKOUT STRUCTURE AND EXERCISES
EQUIPMENT NEEDED
- DUMBBELLS- I used a range from 10lbs to 20lbs / 4.5 - 9kg When selecting a weight for this workout, you want to lift heavy! Pick a weight that will challenge you for the entire working time, but is very challenging for the last 10-15 seconds.
