Hey my loves 🤍 We're in week two, and we're building on week one. This week every set gets one more exercise, so your supersets turn into tri-sets, three moves back to back with no rest before your break. More time under tension, and that is exactly where the strength comes from! And we are switching the ending too, instead of the Pilates finisher we close with a cardio x strength finisher today, so get ready to sweat. Grab your medium to heavier dumbbells, I am using five kilos and anything from five to ten is perfect. You won't need ankle weights this week. Let's get into it!
Be the first one to hear about what I'm building. 🤭
