WHAT TO EXPECT: This no-repeat full-body strength training workout includes compound exercises to build muscle and increase stability. We will target all major muscles in the upper body, lower body, and abs!

EQUIPMENT: You only need dumbbells! To maximize this session, aim to lift moderately heavy weights relative to you!

STRUCTURE: 9 Rounds or 3 exercises with work for 40 seconds and rest 10 seconds between exercises and 30 seconds between rounds
