This restorative yoga with a bolster class is a type of gentle yoga that will help reduce stress. This class can be practiced in the evening as part of a bedtime yoga practice. And so for anyone dealing with stress and anxiety this restorative yoga for beginners class will help activate the parasympathetic nervous system which in turn will help anyone trying to relax.

This is a restorative yoga 20 minutes class that uses a yoga bolster. If you have more yoga props you can use them, however, don't worry if you don't have a bolster. You can even use a rolled-up blanket or a pillow.
