This is a full body CrossFit workout that should take about 12-14 if you really push yourself. You want to pick a set of dumbbells that you can perform all the devil’s press, front squats, and deadlifts without letting go before taking a small rest and starting the next round. The devil’s press will be the most difficult movement of the three, so be sure to try out a couple of those reps first to determine your weight. Log your weight and time in the comments section.
