Mal O’Brien Wins the 2023 CrossFit Open — Watch Her Workouts

For the second consecutive year, Mal O’Brien wins the CrossFit Open.

Watch O’Brien take on all four tests from this year’s competition.

O’Brien became the youngest athlete to win the worldwide Open last year when she beat out six-time fittest woman on Earth Tia-Clair Toomey by four points.

In 2022, O’Brien went on to win the North America Individual Quarterfinals, took first at the Granite Games Semifinal, and closed out her season as the youngest Games podium finisher and the second-Fittest Woman on Earth.

Currently, O’Brien is ranked third worldwide.
