A double threshold day of training at altitude. Training for the marathon and training for the half marathon.
I'm currently at 7611 feet, training with some of the best runners in the world (Andreas Almgren, Henrik Ingebrigtsen).
This specific training day was double threshold training of 36 minutes of LT1 in the morning and 10x1K in the evening.
