Feel STRONGER & Improve your running form with these Pre-Run exercises. All you need is a resistance band! Even if you only have time for ONE exercise, it’s important to engage with the muscles that power your run, before you head out. Do each exercise 30-60 seconds 2-3 rounds. Do your best to keep your core engaged and your torso tall. You can hold onto a wall, car, chair until you feel more balanced.
The single leg balance is my FAVE because running IS balancing on one foot and the better balance you have, the quicker you can move!
