Triset ONE
1. Reverse lunge short stance 20lb/9kg (my dumbbell weights for reference only)
2. Horizontal press 15lb/6.5kg
3. Overhead triceps extension 25lb/11kg
15 reps each, exercises completed back to back
Rest then repeat

Triset TWO
1. Close grip row 20lb/9kg
2. Neutral grip shoulder press 15lb/6.5kg
3. Hammer curl 15lbs/6.5kg
15 reps each, exercises completed back to back
Rest then repeat

Cool down stretch
