Here’s your 30 minute strength training session. A full body workout with dumbbells to gain muscle and lose fat!

You’ll burn fat during this strength workout and for hours after. Lifting weights to grow muscle will boost your metabolism around the clock, helping you improve body composition and reach your goal weight!

A warm up and cool down is included. See the weights I use, below. I’ll also share my dumbbell weight on the screen when I preview each set.

Warm Up

ONE
1. Dumbbell lateral lunge 30lb/14kg (my dumbbell weight for reference only)
2. Lateral shoulder raise 10lb/4.5kg

TWO
1. Squat 30lb/14kg
2. Hammer curl 15lb/6.5kg

THREE
1. Pronated grip row 30lb/14kg
2. Chest press 25lb/11kg

FOUR
1. Skiers 17.5lb/8kg
2. Alternating leg lower and lift (bodyweight)
