Hey loves 🤍
We're starting the week with a really fun full body strength workout with dumbbells, week 2 of the series. We work in supersets today, two exercises that belong together and run back to back, with a short break between each one. I've also created a long version of this workout, where we work with tri-sets and an extra spicy finisher ► https://youtu.be/7N-7RQLo9Ik
This workout comes back in the second half of the month, and that repetition is the whole point. The second time around you already know every move, so you can pick up heavier weights and actually set a stimulus. There is a cardio finisher at the end, and a floor option for the hip thrust set if you do not want to work off a couch or bench.
