This upper body workout is going to help you build strong arms, shoulders, chest, and back, plus improve your muscular definition! The structure of this strength workout is all about supersets! Supersets are a great way to build muscle and hypertrophy! A superset is two exercises back to back with no rest in between. The goal is to lift moderately heavy to heavy for these exercises to ensure we are working to build muscle and definition! Weight will be relative to you and each exercise, so choose accordingly!

30-MINUTE UPPER BODY WORKOUT STRUCTURE AND EXERCISES
EQUIPMENT NEEDED
- DUMBBELLS- I used a range from 10lbs to 25lbs / 4.5 to 11.3kg When selecting a weight for this workout, you want to lift moderately heavy to heavy!
- EXERCISE MAT

STRUCTURE
7 TOTAL SUPERSETS
2 TIMES THROUGH EACH
WORK: 50 SECONDS REST: 20 SECONDS
REST BETWEEN SUPERSET ROUNDS: 30 SECONDS

- SHOULDER PRESS | SIDE LATERAL RAISE
- STANDING CHEST FLYS | REAR DELT FLYS
- BICEP CURLS | TRICEP OVERHEAD EXTENSION
- PUSH UP | CHEST PRESS
- ROTATING ROWS | HAMMER CURLS
- PULLOVER | CLOSE GRIP CHEST PRESS
- ARNOLD PRESS | BOTTOM TO TOP
