this 40 MIN FULL BODY STRENGTH WORKOUT is all about muscle over momentum. ๐ฎโ๐จ No jumping, no rush - just pure strength training with control and focus.
We kick things off with a lower body burn - think strong legs, glutes, and that grounded power. (I went with heavier weights all the way through circuit 1) ๐ช๐ผ
Then we shift gears into the upper body - carving out strength and definition through every rep. ๐ฅ
The key? Slow it down, stay in control, and move with purpose.

Remember: we all are different, so are our levels of fitness. Make every single workout YOUR OWN. It is really important to make sure to maintain a proper form while exercising. Feel free to modify some exercises (such as slowing down, no jumping etc.) or rest some more if you need to. ๐ค
