Get ready for an incredible, full body superset strength workout that's perfect for most fitness levels! The perfect blend of strength and conditioning, designed to help you build muscle, raise your heart rate for better cardiovascular conditioning.

The timer will be on for 40 seconds of work, then straight into another 40 seconds of work. We then have 30 seconds rest between each superset. Performing two exercises back-to-back without rest—primarily increases workout efficiency and metabolic stress, which is incredibly important in a timer based training.

Equipment needed:
-dumbbells 2 X 5kg/ 11lb, 10kg/ 22lb, 12kg/ 26lb
-non slip mat
