Warm Up  
 
Triset ONE  15 reps each | back-to-back exercises
1. Glute bridge, 25lbs / 11kg (my dumbbell weight for reference only) 
2. Underhand row, 2 x 20lbs / 9kg
3. Bent over rear fly, 2 x 10lbs / 4.5kg 
Rest then repeat once
 
Triset TWO  15 reps each | back-to-back exercises
1. Alternating cross body reach , 2 x 10lbs / 4.5kg
2. Overhead triceps ext, 25lbs /11kg 
3. Bicep 21s, 2 x 10lbs 4.5kg
Rest then repeat once 
 
Cool down stretch
