Relaxing Restorative Yoga | 80 Minutes of Bolster Bliss

Welcome friends,

I invite you to join me for this 80 minute, super cozy and relaxing restorative yoga practice. We hang out in only a few poses for 10-15 minutes and prop the body generously. We aim to quiet the muscles, quiet the breath and quiet the mind.

So many of us are in a constant state of heightened stress that we forget what it's like to fully relax. Many of us struggle with chronic pain, autoimmune diseases, infertility, insomnia, anxiety, etc...restorative yoga can help us re-learn the relaxation response and break the cycle of physical/emotional pain.

Practice Outline:
Reclined Goddess
Pinwheel Twist
Supported Bananasana
Basic Relaxation with Legs Elevated

Props:
2 Blankets (at least)
1 Bolster (or a thick rolled up blanket/pillows)
2 Blocks (or books)
1 to 3 Eye Pillows (or face cloths)
