Second workout of Quarterfinals is complete! Somehow both shocking and not shocking at all...it was much harder than expected!
Quick advice, approach it like a 20 minute AMRAP, because for many people that's what it will be.
Also I'm approaching these with a fun mentality. I'm not trying to qualify beyond this. Just here for the community!

50 wall-ball shots
50 lateral burpee box jump-overs
Time cap: 20 minutes
β 14-lb (6-kg) medicine ball, 9-foot target, 20-inch box
β 20-lb (9-kg) medicine ball, 10-foot target, 24-inch box
