New Format Alert!!! Crazy Train Full Body HIIT 8:45AM CST is again using 1 heavy weight (I have a 25) and 2 Mid-heavy weights (I have 15's) for this ride. We are going to split things up a bit where we have our 5x2 exercises (30 on:10 off) followed by a Tabata block (20 on:10 off). We are aiming for some fun, hard core craziness. 💪💪
