We have 3 circuits with 6 exercises in each circuit- one lower body, one upper body and a core circuit. All repeated two times for maximum effectives and muscle stimuli, leading to greater metabolic demand and muscle fiber breakdown, forcing them to grow back stronger and larger.
While I love no repeat workouts, multiple-set routines often lead to higher cardiovascular demand, which can improve endurance and, in some cases, increase calorie burn post-workout. Let's go!
