The next 20 minutes will fly by as we push past our comfort zone, sweat, build our endurance, and of course, have fun and get HAPPY! This ride focuses on high intensity pushes with short rest intervals to help you increase your cardiac output as well as rev up your metabolism! The goal is to work at your max for the pushes (the sprints, heavy climbs, and jogs) and then take a quick recovery before going at it again! Of course, take extra recovery if needed and make this workout work for you!
