Join me for a 10 minute all standing dumbbell arm workout! Since there are only standing arm exercises, there will be no push-ups or planks in this workout, making it also wrist-friendly. By the end of the workout, you will definitely feel an upper body burn! 😅 There are also no repeat exercises so the time flies by!
Weights used: 10lbs - feel free to use more or less than me! You can also use a variety of weights if you have them on hand.
If you want an extra challenge: do this workout 3 times!
STANDING ARM WORKOUT DETAILS:
First, 2 minute warm-up:
- 4 exercises
- 30 seconds each
Then, 10 minute workout:
- 10 exercises
- 45 seconds on, 15 seconds off
