Well in this 10 minute chest and shoulder workout (at home) video I demonstrate 20 exercises that will push your muscle endurance and will power to the limit helping you build muscle at the same exact time. Each exercise in this chest and shoulder workout will be performed with a pair of dumbbells and your body weight. Each exercise will be performed for 30 sec each for a duration of 10 minute straight.
