Welcome to this 30-Minute Full Body Dumbbell Workout designed to combine controlled strength training with dynamic conditioning movements.
This no-repeat follow-along workout blends compound strength exercises with faster-paced movements to challenge your muscles, elevate your heart rate, and improve overall conditioning. Throughout the session, you'll target the major muscle groups while building strength, muscular endurance, coordination, and core stability.
Today's workout is divided into two sections.
Workout Structure:
Section 1:
• 12 Exercise Pairs
Strength Exercise: 45 Seconds Work
• Dynamic Exercise: 30 Seconds Work
• 15 Seconds Rest Between Exercises
This section alternates between controlled compound strength movements and faster-paced dynamic exercises, creating a balanced blend of strength and conditioning.
Section 2:
• 6 Finisher Supersets
• 30 Seconds Work
• 10 Seconds Rest Between Exercises
• 20 Seconds Rest After Each Superset
The final section increases the pace with full body exercises and additional core involvement to finish the workout strong.
Equipment Used:
• Pair of 18kg Dumbbells
• Pair of 10kg Dumbbells
