Welcome to Strength and Power! This 30-minute strength and cardio workout is a real sweat session. 💦 The sweat will be flowing freely today, so keep going and keep going! A complete workout that will consist of a dumbbell movement followed by a recovery, then a bodyweight movement to test your fitness.
This total-body workout combines strength training and cardio to build muscle mass and burn fat.

▸ Equipment: Medium dumbbells (I used & 1 x 15, kg 2 x 10 kg and 2 x 8 kg weights for reference)
