✨THE WORKOUT: 30-Minute Full Body Dumbbell Workout (Time Drop)✨

► EQUIPMENT: Medium-to-Heavy Set of Dumbbells. I’m using 15-20 lbs.

► INSTRUCTIONS:
✔️8 Full Body Exercises
✔️2 Superset Circuits (4 exercises per circuit)
✔️Time Drop Format (set one is 40 seconds of work, 20 seconds rest; set two is 30 seconds of work, 15 seconds rest; set three is 20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest)
✔️Repeat Each Superset x3 Sets

►Workout Outline:
🔥SUPERSET ONE:
1️⃣ Squat + Alternating Overhead Press
2️⃣ Deadlift + Alternating Bicep Curl
3️⃣ Push Up + Plank Knee Drive
4️⃣ Dumbbell Burpee

🔥SUPERSET TWO:
1️⃣ Sumo Squat + Alternating Back Row
2️⃣ Handswitch Lateral Lunges
3️⃣ Alternating Reverse Lunge + Lateral Raise
4️⃣ Skull Crusher + Alternating Leg Lowers
