The format is simple and powerful: 3 blocks, 3 moves each, 50 seconds on / 20 seconds off, 2 rounds per block. You’ll finish feeling stronger, more energized, and ready to take on the day!

• Warm Up
• Block 1: Split Squats, Rows, Bicep Curls
• Block 2: Calf Raises, RDLs, Plank Leg Lifts
• Block 3: Chest Press, Skull Crushers, DB Front Crunch
• Finisher: Lunges, Moving Plank + Down Dog, Sumo Star, Burpees
