FULL BODY WORKOUT WITH DUMBBELLS AT HOME to Lose Weight & Build Muscle

This quick full body workout at home is perfect for you if you just have dumbbells at home and want to work on toning your full body, lose weight and get stronger! These exercises will work on your muscles not only during the workout, but also after you finish and continue with your day, your body will keep burning energy for hours and you will be feeling amazing!

These are compound movements that target your full body, if you can increase the weights, feel free to use heavier dumbbells! The most important during the whole workout is that you are feeling your muscles and that you are doing each movement in a controlled slow pace. Start with light dumbbells and work your way up! I like to stay in between 2- 10 lbs for my full body workouts!

If you are a beginner you can still do this workout, just start without dumbbells and you can slowly increase the more comfortable you get with the exercises!!

Make sure that you are always keeping your core engaged and focus on feeling that mind body connection to make sure that the exercises are working on the muscles that we are targeting!

For the step back alternating lunges make sure to keep your back slightly bent forward so that you can feel the exercise on your glutes and side leg.

During deadlifts I make sure to squeeze my back and keep the shoulders back so that you are focusing on the movement targeting the back of your legs and your glutes!

Sumo squats are very important and when you are going down, focus on keeping your weight on your heels and sitting back!

For your planks, keep your core engages and push away from the mat! If it’s too much on your back, you can do it on your knees!

Push ups are an exercise that is essential! You can start on your knees and then move to your feet once you are comfortable. Try to keep your core engaged and your pelvic floor in, so that you are in a diagonal and keep your elbows in when you are doing the push up!
