This full body dumbbell workout targets the major muscles in your upper body, lower body and core - all in 30 minutes at home!

⭐️THE WORKOUT: 30-Minute Full Body Dumbbell Workout (Strength Training Workout) ⭐️

► EQUIPMENT: Medium-to-Heavy Dumbbells. I'm using 10-20 lb dumbbells.

► FITNESS LEVEL: Intermediate with modifications offered for ALL fitness levels!

► INSTRUCTIONS:
It looks like this:
✔️ 9 Full Body Strength Exercises
✔️ Timed Intervals (40 seconds of work, 20 seconds of rest)
✔️ Repeat All 9 Exercises x2 Sets
✔️ Burnout Finisher (10 reps per move)

►Workout Outline:
1️⃣ Stack on Squat + Shoulder Press
2️⃣ 5 Single Arm Back Rows + 1 Snatch, R/L
3️⃣ Staggered Deadlift or Single Leg Deadlift, R/L
4️⃣ 2 Balance Bicep Curls + 2 Single Leg Calf Raises, R/L
5️⃣ Slow 3 Count Split Lunges, R/L
6️⃣ Slow 3 Count Push Ups
7️⃣ Glute Bridge +Skull Crushers
8️⃣ Lateral Squat + 2 Dumbbell Punches
9️⃣ Uneven Hold the World for 5 + Reverse Crunch
