30 Minute Full Body Workout I Get Toned Thighs, Arms & Belly

Hi, I'm Rhea. This is a 35 minute full body toning home workout without equipment and without jumping. We will do 15 different exercise moves to tone the body. We do each exercise for 40 seconds and then rest for 20 seconds. We will focus the first 5 exercises on the legs, thighs and glutes; the next 5 exercises will work the arms, chest and back; and the final 5 exercises will work the abs and target the lower belly, upper belly and obliques (aka 11 line abs). We will do these 15 exercises 2 times.

There is no jumping in this workout. You can use a mat or a soft surface to complete this home workout.

You can pair this workout with a cardio workout if you're looking for a bit more sweaty heart-pumping workout session, looking to burn more calories, lose weight or burn fat (belly fat especially)! This is the workout mentioned in the video:
