Hope you are as much excited as I am, I am back with our fav workout styles: a new 60 Min Full Body Crusher Workout - Strength & HIIT π₯ (1. circuit: switching between Upper and Lower Body Exercises, 2. Circuit: HIIT, Core).

Remember: we all are different, so are our levels of fitness. Make every single workout YOUR OWN. It is really important to make sure to maintain a proper form while exercising. Feel free to modify some exercises (such as slowing down, no jumping etc.) or rest some more if you need to. ππΌ
βΈ time: 60 Min + warm up & cool down on top
βΈ equipment: Dumbbells (2x 6kg, 2x 9 kg for your reference), a mat is recommended
βΈ mostly the heavier weights for the lower and full body exercises, and the lighter weights mostly for the upper body exercises
βΈ muscles worked: full body
