Before you out for a run, complete this quick warm-up. It is quite rapid and effective. Stretch for 5 minutes before running to warm up your entire body. This is a super simple and compact 5-minute warm-up for runners to prepare your body fast before the next run. I recommend a short, easy, and slow run to warm up before you start the exercises. Take it easy, be mindful, and listen to your body. Like always: Nothing must, everything can!
