💪Join me for this 25 minute FULL BODY DUMBBELL WORKOUT to build strength & burn fat! Today, we're pushing through a 25 min PROGRESSIVE CIRCUIT style dumbbell workout that will tone & strengthen your entire body!

📈 Workout Breakdown:
Duration: : 25 minutes (warm up included) + cool down
Format: 3 rounds | 4 exercises x 2 / round
Intervals: 35 sec work | 15 sec rest
Features: All standing, no jumping, apartment friendly
Equipment: Medium weight dumbbells (I'm using 3kg dumbbells)

This workout is perfect if you want to build strength, promote hypertrophy (muscle growth), improve muscular endurance & burn fat - all at home with minimal equipment! I recommend doing this 2-3 times a week for steady progress!💪
