Join me for a 30 min INTENSE DUMBBELL HIIT WORKOUT to challenge both your strength and cardio. This routine is quite a challenging one with several jumping movements throughout. I will also be showing low impact modifications as well. Warm up and cool down are included in todays routine. During the workout, intervals will be 45 seconds on and 15 seconds rest.
