We have 4 circuits, 4 exercises in each circuit for 3 rounds. Intervals are 30 seconds on, 10 seconds rest. Grab two light to medium weight dumbbells (that weight will look different for everyone), and follow along!
Modify any exercises you need to, and go at your own pace for your own fitness level. Let's push ourselves to develop, progress, and grow!
