Tap in with us for another full body dumbbell HIIT banger! Don't let the "light weight" fool you; this session starts off easy with bodyweight exercises but gets more difficult as your progress through the workout with heavier resistance. You'll need a pair of light weight dumbbells but feel free to use any resistance that will challenge you and allow you to do each movement with good form. This workout is mostly beginner friendly with a few modifications provided as the workout transitions to more resistance and advanced movements.
