In this 40 min COMPACT Full Body Dumbbell Workout | Controlled Strength + ABS , we will have 3 bundles of 7 exercises each, and each bundle will be performed for 2 rounds in a row. Each exercise lasts for 40 seconds with a 15-second rest in between. After each bundle, there will be 30 seconds of rest.
Remember: the amount of weight you are using has a significant impact on the intensity of the workout, especially with the lower body and compound movements. Make sure that you are using challenging weights!

The dumbbells that I am using are:
2x18kg (Red color on the screen)
2x10kg (yellow color on the screen)
2x5kg (Green color on the screen)

You can Simply increase the intensity of this workout by using heavier dumbbells.
